We’re Marisa and Jeromie Goodpaster — a husband-and-wife real estate duo based in sunny Southwest Florida, proudly serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the surrounding areas.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, I (Marisa) made the move to Florida to live the dream under the palm trees. Jeromie, my husband and business partner, hails from Bardstown, Kentucky — a charming small town known for its rich bourbon history. Together, we’ve blended our backgrounds and strengths to create a real estate business rooted in trust, expertise, and a shared passion for helping others.
